As people age, our bodies age with us. This includes our bones, which make the shape of our bodies. Osteoporosis is a terrible condition that makes the bones brittle over time, this bone disorder is highly common with women over the age of 50.   • You can’t drink milk

Whether you’re lactose intolerant, or prefer to not drink milk, this could lead to a lack of calcium. Calcium supports, strong, and healthy bones, so if you’re not getting enough calcium your bones could suffer. If you don’t like milk, there are other options, some alternatives include, almond milk, cashew milk, or lactaid milk if you are lactose intolerant.


  • You’ve broken a bone in the last 2 years
